Please note: Afterwards you will receive an e-mail from us containing a link to activate your account. Please click on this link to complete the registration.
Once we have received your registration, we will review it and then activate your account corresponding to your customer group. Please be patient, your account will usually be activated within the next two working days.
If you have problems with the registration, please make sure that you have entered your data on https://www.long-time-liner-onlineshop.com/my-account/ on the right under “Register” and not on the left side under “Login”.
If you are experiencing problems with the registration and your VAT ID is declined, please check the correct spelling of your VAT ID. Please also make sure not to enter your tax number, but your VAT ID.
If the registration still does not work, just leave the field for your VAT ID empty and enter only your e-mail address. You can always re-enter your VAT ID at a later time, for example during the payment process.
It is very likely, that your account has not been activated yet. As we check each account individually, it can take up to two working days, until your account is activated. As soon as your account is activated, you will receive an email from us.
